Mr. Sidhharth Singh is a talented and experienced chef who has spent the last 25 years honing his skills in various kitchens around the world. Born in Jaipur, India, he had a passion for exploring diverse cuisines and restaurant options available in his hometown from an early age. His father, Chef Gopal Singh, had a significant influence on his culinary journey, and he learned his first cooking lessons under his father's guidance.
After developing a keen interest in Indian cooking, he joined the restaurant industry at the prestigious Rajputana Palace Sheraton in Jaipur in 1994. Here, he learned the art of tandoor and Indian spices under the guidance of his seniors. Later, he joined the Radisson Hotel in Varanasi, where he was honored to open The Great Kabab Factory, an Indian specialty restaurant, under the guidance of Chef Som Shankar and Chef Vakeel Ahmad. The restaurant is now a signature restaurant for Radisson Hotels in India.
During his career, he had the privilege of serving many notable figures, including Bollywood celebrity Salman Khan, who he served during one of his shoots. Customers commended him for the quality and taste of his food, and he won various local culinary awards over the years.
He continued to hone his skills by working at many hotels, including Fortune (Ahmedabad) and Park Plaza (Jaipur), and even worked on Miami Cruise lines. Fifteen years ago, he made Sheffield, UK, his home and worked at various restaurant chains such as Las Iguanas and Giraffe to understand the restaurant culture in the UK and develop new skill sets.
After the Covid-19 pandemic, he decided it was time to fulfill his dream of opening a successful restaurant overseas, and that's when 400°C was born. He designed a menu that focuses on dishes made with readily available fresh ingredients, and he implemented strict quality control to ensure that his food is safe to eat and adheres to all food safety regulations. He also ensures that his staff members are honing their skills to ensure the best service.
400°C is the manifestation of his life's experiences, hard work, and dreams. It's also a form of appreciation for his community. He believes that he is still learning something new every single day while thoroughly enjoying this process because of his love and passion for food crafts.

Tanya Shukla, Director of three highly successful businesses in the UK. I work in conjunction with my sister Shagun Shukla to manage all these businesses.
After completing my degree at King’s College London, I worked in the pharmaceutical sector at GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca, NHS hospitals, and community pharmacies as a qualified Pharmacist. Following this I got involved in the management of a nursing home we own in Gloucestershire, which provides residential and dementia care to the elderly. Since acquiring the business in 2012, we have worked tirelessly to transform it to be one of the leading nursing homes in the region. Under our guidance, the business value has tripled and turnover has more than doubled. It has a reputation second to none. We have also created several jobs for local and overseas nationals. We employed over 20 people with Indian nationality who now work for our organization. We also helped them settle in well in the local community by helping them with accommodation and assisting with immigration applications for their families. Not only are we the biggest employer in the local town of Fairford, but we are also known to be compassionate and excellent at providing care and serving the locals.
In November 2022, we launched the UK’s revolutionary supplements brand focusing on women’s health. Combining my sister’s business expertise and my medical and pharmaceutical background we founded “Dome Vitamins”. Dome Vitamins delivers clinically validated active ingredients using luxury chocolate as a carrier. We collaborated with a prestigious UK University for product research and development and used our own expertise to improve and scale up the products. We work with traditional British chocolatiers who have been in business for over 100 years to manufacture these domes of perfection. Our innovative chocolate vitamins are taking the UK market by storm as people are happily switching from pills to our chocolate domes. We have garnered plenty of support and have been featured in popular UK editorials such as the “Evening Standard”, “Vogue”, “Closer”, etc. We have also been shortlisted for one of the biggest awards in the baby and mother space, called “Made for Mums”. Our patent is pending for this innovative product. Dome Vitamins is the epitome of healthcare and well-being innovation with a scientific and sustainability core. We are particularly proud of launching our unique menstrual care product to break menstrual health taboos and empower all women. Our products have been curated by several big online brands in the women’s health space. Dome Vitamins is expected to become one of the biggest brands in the UK founded by women.
We are also set to acquire pharmacies and dental practices in the UK to further expand our portfolio. Our community Pharmacy is a well-known Hampstead pharmacy with a high patient enrolment and support services in the community. We have a solid base in healthcare and aim to further expand the business and bring further pride to our country of origin. Our growth is down to our resilience and our ability to overcome every challenge with courage and a robust strategy. Resilience is a quality that we harbored growing up in India. Our father has always been our inspiration who built his own empire from nothing. His resilience, determination, and hard work have always been our mantra to success. Our deep Indian roots also keep us humble and grounded, which only deepens with success.

Ashok Kumar Tiwary completed his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Moscow State University in Russia in the year 2000 followed by 2 years of internship. After the successful completion of his internship in the year 2002, he decided to start his own business & did a full survey of the pharmaceutical market in and around the countries which were formerly part of the then-Soviet Union which finally brought him to this beautiful country called Uzbekistan. Finally, in October 2002, Mr. Tiwary started his pharmaceutical business and incorporated a company named "Shayana Farm LLC" which as of now ranks amongst the top 5 pharmaceutical companies of Uzbekistan.
Today have more than 500 employees including our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant named "Wellmed Pharm LLC". Shayana Farm is a distribution cum marketing company and presently 70% of the business volume depends on imports from India which is significant in our recent growth.
Living in foreign lands, Mr. Ashok realized that India is seen by foreigners as a land of rich ancient culture but also exotic, poor, and underdeveloped. Over the last two decades, he realized that as sons and daughters of India living abroad, it is our duty to strengthen India's friendship with our adopted countries so that we Pravasis become an effective bridge for the mutual benefit of the two peoples - Indians and people of this country where we are living.
Therefore, apart from his business, he has involved himself in various social activities & truly believes that the almighty has been generous to him and his family to provide them with all the unthinkable moments that one can only dream of. It also gives him immense pleasure to share that out of his last two decades in Uzbekistan, he has also been the chairman of the India Club Tashkent (ICT) for the last 3 years which is a non-political non-profit organization that has been continuously working to bring all our fellow Indians on one platform in our country as well as strengthen relations between India and Uzbekistan.
ICT aims to promote Indian culture in Uzbekistan and involve our Uzbek friends in all our cultural events. Due to our work, local Uzbeks get real experience of how Indians celebrate their festivals, Indian cuisine, Indian cinema, and so many other things. When they learn about these cultural facets of India, they are pleasantly surprised. The respect and love for India in their hearts strengthen.
Mr Tiwary would like to mention that during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic back in 2020 and 2021, ICT played a major role and supplied all the necessary humanitarian aid to the Government of India which includes oxygen concentrators, oxygen cylinders, oximeters, and Remdesivir to name a few which saved thousands of lives. Part of that relief was also sent to Bihar which is his native state. The government of Bihar and the Bihar Foundation invited ICT leadership to join them in online brainstorming sessions on how to attract diaspora involvement in the state. Considering this as a small and humble contribution from him to his roots.
ICT publishes a journal called Varshik Darpan in Tashkent in which the local Indian and Uzbek community members write and contribute interesting and beautiful content such as poetry, articles, interviews, and autobiographies. The journal is bilingual and is published in English and Russian which enhances its outreach. Ministers of the Government of India and the Government of Uzbekistan send their congratulatory messages to our journal. On January 10, 2023, the honorable President of India, Her Excellency Srimati Draupadi Murmu conferred upon him with the highest Parvasi Bhartiya Samman Award in the field of business for the year 2023. I was gratified and humbled. My resolve to work for Mother India has further strengthened in which I seek the contribution of each and every Pravasi Bhartiya in the world. I am proud to say that India believes in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam - the whole world is one family and Pravasi Bhartiya is honoured to work for world peace and development.
Bharat Gaurav Dr. Chinmay Pandya - Chief Gayatri Pariwar
Dr. Chinmay Pandya is the grandson of one of the greatest scholars, seers, and philosophers of recent times in India – Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya (1911-1990), was the founder of the All World Gayatri Pariwar fraternity, which has 100 million members and thousands of global centers for social reform. He currently serves as Pro Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya University (DSVV). Following medical studies in India, he trained in the United Kingdom, where he gained Membership in the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). In London, he rose through the ranks of the British National Health Service and secured the post of Associate Specialist in Older People Services at the West London Mental Health Trust. In this capacity, he managed patients with multiple psychiatric disorders, focusing on the treatment of dementia due to Alzheimer's disease. He returned to India and DSVV in 2010, heeding an inner calling.
Today, Dr. Pandya occupies multiple roles in the life of his University and beyond. He is the Editor of the Dev Sanskriti, an Interdisciplinary International Journal that addresses a broad range of Indian intellectual interests including Vedic philosophy, culture, psychology, communication, education, Ayurveda, Indian and Eastern studies, and religious pedagogies. As Vice President of the Indian Yoga Association, he leads efforts to analyze and advance the scientific and philosophical understanding of yoga, meditation, and stress management in contemporary contexts. He is Chairperson of the International Festival of Yoga, Culture, and Spirituality and has convened more than two hundred national and international colloquia at DSVV on issues ranging from the rights of indigenous people to water desalination.
He is responsible for ethos, academic rigor, and policy implementation at DSVV. Dr. Pandya serves on the Governing Body of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR); is a member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH); is part of the Syllabus Restructuring Committee of the National Council for Teachers' Education (NCTE); and is one of five institutional leaders from around world, including those from the University of Cambridge, and the University of Virginia, to be a Director of the Global Covenant of Religions (GCR). Apart from being the chairman of Asia's first and only Center for Baltic Culture and Studies and the South Asian Institute of Peace and Reconciliation, he is also the Founder and Patron of Rishihood University, India.

Sanjay joined Google in early 2020 with a stellar career that spans nearly three decades across the sunrise sectors like media and entertainment, telecom, and FMCG industry giving him a deep understanding of India’s diverse consumer and business landscape. Before Google, Sanjay was Managing Director of Star and Disney India where he played a pivotal role in extending Star’s traditional television content to digital consumers through Hotstar. He is also widely credited for building their sports business.
Sanjay began his career at Hindustan Unilever, where he went on to lead marketing for two of the company's critical segments: Oral and Home care. He then moved to serve as Bharti Airtel’s Chief Marketing Officer for its mobile business, spearheading the growth agenda for the company.

Bharat Gaurav Dr Vijay Bhatkar - Scientist & Chancellor of Nalanda University
Dr. Vijay Bhatkar is one of the most acclaimed and internationally acknowledged scientists in India. He is best known as the architect of India’s national initiative in supercomputing, where he led the development of India’s first supercomputer Param in 1990, under the technology denial regime. Dr. Bhatkar is also widely known for bringing ICT to the masses through a wide range of path-breaking initiatives, such as the celebrated GIST multilingual technology covering India’s 22 official languages with 10 diverse scripts that have dissolved the language barrier on computers once and for all; MKCL’s computer literacy program that made a world mark by creating 15 million computer literates within a decade, making it one of the world’s largest program of digital literacy and Education to Home (ETH) initiative for bringing the benefits of ICT to school education spanning over 10,000 schools. In the 80s, Dr. Bhatkar substantially contributed to the ushering of the electronics revolution in India through the development of color TV and color broadcast in India. He is also credited with the creation of several national research labs and institutions, notably amongst them being C-DAC, ER&DC Trivandrum, IIITM-K, Techno-Park, MKCL, IsquareIT, and Multiversity. Simultaneously, he has mentored several innovation-based start-ups. Dr. Bhatkar is today acclaimed as one of the top 25 pioneers who contributed to the development of India’s US$ 180 plus Billion IT industry.
Dr Bhatkar has served as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee to PM, a Member of the Governing Council of CSIR and a member of the IT Task Force constituted by PM in 1998. He is a Life Fellow of IEEE (USA) and Fellow of ACM (USA), besides being a Fellow of CSI, INAE, IETE, NASI, MASc and GES. He has served as the Chairman of the e-Governance Committees of Maharashtra and Goa. Dr Bhatkar has authored/edited over 120 books and 80 technical and research papers and addressed several university convocations, international and national conferences and conventions and public functions. His ground-breaking articulations have been widely covered by both print and broadcast media. His current research interests are in supercomputing, artificial intelligence, brain-mind-consciousness, Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno (NBIC)Convergence, and synthesis of science and spirituality.
Dr Bhatkar was conferred with the Padma Bhushan Award in 2015, Padma Shri Award in 2000, and Maharashtra Bhushan Award in 1999-2000. He is the recipient of the prestigious Jindal Prize 2012 for science and technology in the service of society. He was conferred the Saint Jnaneshawar World Peace Prize 2010 by World Peace Centre. He was also nominated for the Petersberg Prize 2004 and was conferred with the prestigious Dataquest Lifetime Achievement Award 2003. Dr. Vijay Bhatkar has been the Chairman of the Board of Governors of IIT-Delhi and is presently the Chancellor of Nalanda University, Chairman, TAC, C-DAC, Member-TAC, NSM, Chairman, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, Govt. of India, Chief Mentor of Multiversity, and National President of Vijnana Bharati. He continues to contribute to India’s National Supercomputing Mission (NSM) for the development of petascale and exascale supercomputers and their wide-ranging scientific and societal applications. He is also functioning as Chairman of the Oversight Committee of Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), an apex body of the Government of India that supports basic research in emerging areas of Science & Engineering. Under SHG active support and help are provided to young men in the age group of 15-35 to meet the challenges that mental conditions such as manic depression, and schizophrenia pose in leading a normal life. Besides providing necessary diagnosis and treatment, the program also provides counseling and integration of those treated for various mental conditions into the ASPIRE IN EDUCATION
"Aspire" is an Education teaching initiative to make Bharath University a center for excellence in Higher Education in India. Dr S. Kumar, PhD is a well-known scientist and applied biochemist and nutritionist who has successfully treated more than 15000 patients suffering from a variety of ailments like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, mental retardation, liver disorder, heart blockages, kidney disorders, gynaecological disorders, varicose veins, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and many more with diet modification, nutrition correction and providing nutritional supplements. During his research, he studied various Indian diets, nutrition and how our existing dietary habits lead us to metabolic disorders.
According to Dr Kumar what we eat as a diet is cultural, emotional and traditional. But human body works on a scientific basis. Our existing diet may not be necessarily suitable for the human body. A scientifically proven diet is a must. Every problem has a solution in the diet. The body has a self-healing capacity. Kidney failure, Blood pressure, Diabetes Cancer etc can be reversed by Molecular and Cell Therapy (MCT). Even patients can avoid Knee Surgeries, too.
But then the question remains what is a scientific diet to which Dr. Kumar answer, “we need to understand that the human body is alkaline and as such we need to maintain its Ph Level-(measure of acidity or alkalinity). Ideally one should avoid acidic food. However, most of us consume 90 per cent of acidic food and that’s where the problem begins. We use diet as a therapy to cure all body disorders (metabolism disorders) for it is the absorption, assimilation ingestion and excretion functions carried by enzymes that are susceptible to temperatures and further lead to metabolic disorders.
To make his point Dr Kumar mentions that as a thumb rule all fruits are acidic and also milk is a species-specific drink and we should not consume it. Though milk is alkaline when it enters the human body it becomes acidic and thus affects the cell metabolism. Similarly, most fruits have fructose whereas the human body needs glucose. Fructose needs to be converted into glucose by the liver before it can be used by the body. The study drawing on clinical trials, basic science, and animal studies concludes that fructose is more damaging to health than glucose as it increases insulin resistance in the body. Insulin resistance increases the risk for pre-diabetes, diabetes and a host of other serious health problems, including heart attacks, strokes and cancer. This is where the Diet is used as therapy so that it energizes the enzymes and further helps revival of the damaged cell to cure the disorder.

Born on June 30, 1963, in Punein a working-class family, their father has dedicated his professional life to Tata power, and his mother as a housemaker taught humility and humbleness., Ravindra has been recognized with a gold medal for his outstanding work in physics and electronics during his Graduation from Bombay University.
Citing the inspirational support of his mother who sacrificially pawned her jewelry to fund her son’s success. Ravindra ran several businesses in India including software and technology, Training, and medical equipment repair where he managed state of Art technology equipment including Lithotripsy and Gama Camera Imaging. Jaslok Hospital Mumbai and Mulji Patel Hospital in Nadiad, Gujarat were his flagship clients. Ravindra’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to influence successful businesses in India before moving to the US with his wife and two young children in 1998.
Ravindra has received personal recognition from the Small Business Administration, naming him an “Emerging Leader” in 2009, and Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business gave him its “High-Performance Minority Business” award in 2015. He was named “Ambassador of the Year” by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council in 2016 and received a “Business of Excellence” award from The Indus Entrepreneurs in 2019.
Ravindra also served on leadership Boards under the Technology Association of Georgia (2016, 2017), the US Pan-Asian Chamber of Commerce (2015, 2016), and served as the President and Trustee for the Maharashtra Mandal of Atlantaorganization from 2009 to 2012.
That ‘American Dream’ took a long time to materialize as Ravindra struggled to get established in the USA, but with persistence and the support of his family, Ravindra was able to grow his business into one of Georgia’s prominent IT companies.
Ravindra is a big believer in giving back to the community, supporting Food4Life, Covenant House, and IT training and grant programs for at-risk youth and is starting a $5 million fund to support deserving students from India to pursue future education in Engineering and Technology areas.
To promote health and awareness, Ravindra co-hosted an invitation-only Tennis league (AlphaOpen) in Georgia and supports several cultural programs inviting several artists from India to Georgia through his entertainment organizations.
Ravindra lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife Swapna, who promotes US-Asian cultural linkages through art programs and charitable events. They enjoy the company of their accomplished friends and boast about their talented children son Varun and daughter Vallari who work for large corporations in the USA.
