Ravindra Bhave is the President of Concept Software & Services, Inc. a multimillion-dollar Information Technology firm headquartered in Georgia with offices and staff in the US, India, Columbia, Mexico, and Austria. Concept Software & Services was named an “Inc. 5000” company in 2014, 2017, and 2022, as one of the Fastest Growing 5000. Companies in the United States. The US Pan-Asian Chamber of Commerce also named Concept Software and Services as one of the “Fastest Growing 100” firms in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Born on June 30, 1963, in Punein a working-class family, their father has dedicated his professional life to Tata power, and his mother as a housemaker taught humility and humbleness., Ravindra has been recognized with a gold medal for his outstanding work in physics and electronics during his Graduation from Bombay University.

Citing the inspirational support of his mother who sacrificially pawned her jewelry to fund her son’s success. Ravindra ran several businesses in India including software and technology, Training, and medical equipment repair where he managed state of Art technology equipment including Lithotripsy and Gama Camera Imaging. Jaslok Hospital Mumbai and Mulji Patel Hospital in Nadiad, Gujarat were his flagship clients. Ravindra’s entrepreneurial spirit drove him to influence successful businesses in India before moving to the US with his wife and two young children in 1998.

Ravindra has received personal recognition from the Small Business Administration, naming him an “Emerging Leader” in 2009, and Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business gave him its “High-Performance Minority Business” award in 2015. He was named “Ambassador of the Year” by the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council in 2016 and received a “Business of Excellence” award from The Indus Entrepreneurs in 2019.

Ravindra also served on leadership Boards under the Technology Association of Georgia (2016, 2017), the US Pan-Asian Chamber of Commerce (2015, 2016), and served as the President and Trustee for the Maharashtra Mandal of Atlantaorganization from 2009 to 2012.

That ‘American Dream’ took a long time to materialize as Ravindra struggled to get established in the USA, but with persistence and the support of his family, Ravindra was able to grow his business into one of Georgia’s prominent IT companies.

Ravindra is a big believer in giving back to the community, supporting Food4Life, Covenant House, and IT training and grant programs for at-risk youth and is starting a $5 million fund to support deserving students from India to pursue future education in Engineering and Technology areas.

To promote health and awareness, Ravindra co-hosted an invitation-only Tennis league (AlphaOpen) in Georgia and supports several cultural programs inviting several artists from India to Georgia through his entertainment organizations.

Ravindra lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife Swapna, who promotes US-Asian cultural linkages through art programs and charitable events. They enjoy the company of their accomplished friends and boast about their talented children son Varun and daughter Vallari who work for large corporations in the USA.
