M/s Padam Dinesh & Co. a Chartered Accountants firm was established on 18-Jan-1989 by two childhood buddies Padam Kumar Gupta & Dinesh Chandra Agarwal.

 

 

CA Padam Kumar Gupta

 

Having experience of over 3 decades, Mr. Padam Kumar Gupta is a Delhi-based meritorious Chartered Accountant. He is the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of M/s Padam Dinesh & Co. Besides his well-established professional practice, he enjoys good repute for his dedication to improving the education infrastructure in the country. 

 

Mr. Gupta has a specialization in conducting Statutory Audits of Financial Statements of corporate, non-corporate, NPO’s and others and issuing Statutory Audit Reports, Audits and certification of Financial Statements and other statements of Indian Entities, foreign entities and others and issuing reports and certificates, Statutory Audits of Financial Statements of PSU of Central & State Governments and issuing Statutory Audit Reports and Statutory Audits of Financial Statements of public sector bank branches and nationalized bank branches and issuing Statutory Audit Reports. 

 

He acts as an ‘Authorized Representative’ in connection with direct taxation matters of corporate houses before Assessing Authorities, Appellate Authorities, ITAT, etc. He conducts the FEMA consultancy on foreign borrowings, foreign lending, receiving foreign investments, making overseas investments etc of business and corporate houses and undertakes the NBFC consultancy of corporate houses.

 

Mr. Gupta is associated with the Membership Development Committee as elected member Co-chairman of Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. Along with the Co-opted member of the Accounting Standard Board of Local Bodies of ICAI for the year 2018 and Co-opted member of various Committees of NIRC of ICAI from the year 2001 to 2006. 

 

Mr. Gupta lives by the motto ‘Knowledge is Power’ and is keen on sharing the gift of knowledge through his social initiatives. He believes education is the ultimate tool of empowerment and that knowledge can only be increased by sharing. To that effect, he has been dedicated to working towards spreading and imparting education to the poor people in rural India.

He feels for the poor and uneducated who don’t have the access to better facilities so he is associated with three schools in rural areas of a district named ‘Sasni’ in the state of Uttar Pradesh where more than 800 students from underprivileged families get quality education at a minimal fee. 

 

Mr Gupta is a dynamic intellectual who is enthusiastic about putting fresh ideas to paper and frequently pens articles for local newspapers. He is a regular speaker at important forums and summits on topics related to finance and the economy. He has authored multiple papers on important subjects related to his profession and is a mentor to many.

No matter what, Mr. Gupta always finds a way to maintain the work-life balance and is a family man. He was born to Late Mr. B.D. Gupta and Late Mrs. Krishna Devi. He is married to Mrs. Babita Gupta and is a proud father of two daughters and a son. 

 

His eldest daughter Mrs. Shaivi Garg is a practicing advocate with a master’s in Law from NLU Dwarka and is married to Mr. Nitesh Garg (CA, CS, and CMA) and his most loved granddaughter Baby Kiva. Younger daughter Mrs. Gurvi Vardaan has completed her PG Diploma in C4D from St. Xavier’s, Mumbai married to Mr. Rohit Agrawal (B.Com, CA and CFA. The youngest son Mr. Layan Vardaan has completed his B.Com (Hons) and is pursuing a CPA (USA).

His daughter Smt. Sakshi Goyal is a Doctor, MD (Pediatrics). She is working with New Delhi Municipal Council. She is married to Dr Ankur Goyal (MS Orthopedic). His son Mr Saraj Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant, running his own consultancy company in New Delhi.
