Alongside her professional career in healthcare, she also played an active role in her family’s investment business, contributing to strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement. This dual exposure to healthcare and business enabled her to develop a multidimensional perspective, combining analytical thinking with people-centric leadership. Over time, her ability to connect individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds became one of her strongest attributes, eventually leading to the establishment of the India Australia Strategic Alliance (IASA), where she serves as the founding Co-Chair.
