Ms. Shradha Agarwaal is a widely acclaimed International Life Coach and Soul Therapist who has, from years of spiritual experience, developed a powerful transformation technique called ‘The Success Technique’ using Vedic chants, Solar energy, and thought programming. Ms. Shradha Agarwaal is a London Institute of Fashion Alumni and has been the Co-Chairperson at ASSOCHAM, heading its Bengal and North East India region for over two years. She was also the Young FICCI Ladies Kolkata Chairperson 2015/16and the Youngest Chairperson of Women Empowerment and Vocational Training of the 100-year-old – oldest Rotary of Asia– The Rotary Club of Calcutta.

 

Having dedicated almost a decade of her life to serving humanity, at a relatively early age Ms. Shradha Agarwaal founded ‘Prayaas’. ‘Prayaas’ is a voluntary-activities-based foundation formed with the purpose of reaching out, promoting inclusiveness, building bridges in society, and creating awareness. Ms. Agarwaal worked at the grassroots level by going to schools and street children to make them aware of hygiene and sanitation and running extensive programs for providing taxi driving training to lesser privileged women to help them gain financial independence. She creates awareness through her foundation, ‘Prayaas’, and educates all stratas of society to raise the awareness level in terms of various issues like fighting depression, social media perils, health awareness, garbage disposal, plastic, and water use awareness on a regular scale.

Her incessant work has been acknowledged many times and she has been honored and conferred with a line of prestigious awards for the same.

Ms. Agarwaal has have also been in the Executive Committee Board at the SAARC Nations South Asia Youth Entrepreneurship Council 2016-17.

Agarwal identifies herself as being a ‘Humanist’ and not just a ‘feminist’. She has spoken vehemently against the misuse of laws against men in divorce cases and the undue favor being granted to women in the form of reservations of official positions. She has advocated fairness and merit for both men and women.

She regularly takes part in television news debates and panel discussions on vital issues with distinguished achievers from politics, culture, media, and arts to address society on the need to bring about dynamism in our existing social structure.

Her story is unique and so is her drive to change the world. At such a young age, to have achieved this much, she is a role model for all young Indian girls.
